Terrible customer service! They charge a rush fee of $100 if you aren't having the account closed within 5 days of your selling closing date. They require a physical meter read and crawlspace inspection in order to close the account. Also don't bother calling if you don't have the new owners names for some reason they need that information as well. I wonder what other fees the will tack on depending on how much they like what they are looking at upon inspection.

Sold a home in this township. The real estate transaction closing process involving the water meter reading was made so difficult that - it made the seller happy to leave the township and buyer anxious of future dealings with the township

The Women At The Front Desk ... They Are Racists And Despots ... Very Bad Service ...nDefinitely in this place they don't want us Hispanics ... And it's a shame because we are an 80% Hispanic community ...
