18 months in and no complaints. Went to full coverage after 1 year and have had great customer service. I have yet to file a claim so I'm not sure how good they are in full. UPDATE : I WAS REAR ENDED AND HIS COMPANY ( SAFEWAY) REFUSE TO COVER MY DAMAGE. I CALLED UPON LOYA TO WALK ME THROUGH THIS BUT I RECEIVED VERY LITTLE HELP I CLEARLY WAS NOT A PRIORITY TO LOYA CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. ANGELA IN rental department was very helpful despite me being rude and angry .thanks Angela you turned my day around.

The time it took to get my orders was insane. 10-15 minutes PER ORDER! It wasnt packed either. If Im paying $30 for LUNCH (with iced tea) I expect a LOT more than this slow and below average service. I actually left hungry but didnt want to wait another 10-15 minutes. Also I wasnt ordering much per order! 5 pieces and a roll. Not even a SPECIAL roll. Just standard stuff. I left and ate a burger. Very sad.
