The River Grove Allstate Office is honestly the best you could ask for. I primarily dealt with Stephanie and she was nothing short of amazing in dealing with all my issues. I came to this office from another Allstate office where that agent threatened me and I felt uncomfortable dealing with them and Stephanie listened to my story and understood what poor customer service happened at that agency and put me in touch with the proper people to escalate what happened. All while maintaining professionalism and being helpful, she also generated an insurance package that was much less than the original quote! Highly recommend going to this office!

I was satisfied with my old insurance companies that I had on two properties. I had one with State Farm and another with Farmers insurance. However the level of patience and customer service I received from Felany Rodas was phenomenal! I asked over 100 questions in a 12 day period and Felany answered them all with my best interest in mind. Now I can truly say I have the best possible coverage, and saved a whole lot of money!
