I switched insurance providers a handful of years ago and its been a noticeable, positive difference because of Scott. Scott is incredibly responsive and has been extremely helpful throughout the claims process. We had a significant storm come through causing damage to roof, siding, windows, paint, and Scott helped submit the claim right away and helped manage the entire process with various contractors saving me significant time and effort. We also have had a breakdown of HVAC equipment which was covered by the Home Protection System. Scott again quickly submitted the claim and help to manage a relatively seamless process throughout. I highly recommend Scott and his practice to anyone.
