I called about 9 different companies to get quotes. When I called them, they offered a complimentary inspection. Doug was assigned to our case. He is knowledgeable about more natural products and gave us two quotes to choose from. He gave us clear instructions about how to prepare for the treatment and was available for questions. The treatment has been effective and we are thankful for his follow up. Thumbs up for this company!

Can I give 10 STARS? We thought we had bed-bugs and were happy to find out that they were actually TICKS! Ron was great to go over the situation (at no cost mind you) and remediation options including getting checked out for Lyme Disease! They care about the customer- Oh a timely follow up call as well from John!! WOW!nThey reassured us and answered all our questions, were listeners and just VERY PROFESSIONAL! I have been in the real estate field for 25+ years and will recommend them for any bed bug and/or Mold remediation and so should you! ....I rarely post reviews...it's just not easy to find real professionals!

These guys were awesome! They spent 3 days cleaning out my father-in-law's house with us (hoarder situation). Friendly and professional. They treated for the bed bugs and answered all questions we had and gave us tons of advice.
