I walk in with certain questions about all of their products. I walked the whole showroom no one around. I have to walk over to the desk and ask for help. I finally get help and the young lady only sort of knows what she's talking about. I wasn't in the market to buy but she didn't care either way. I'm in customer service and I know how to use my knowledge to help someone. If I was going to buy it wouldn't be from here not because of the product sold here but because of the lack of service.

Good neighborhood paint store where you can buy BM paint in very competitive prices. My go to place over Epco chain whenever possible.
