I Highly recommend for all types of construction projects. It is very difficult to find reliable general contractors, but Greg with Villa Construction & Development is definitely one of them! A Few things that put Greg at the top of the industry are, he is always willing to educate, In most cases construction is not a field of our expertise, but it is definitely Greg's! He is always ready for your call, always on time, very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely use Villa Construction for any construction projects I have in the future. 5 Stars all day every day!!!

Villa did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. Their attention to detail and workmanship are magnificent! Shout out to Rafal for coming up with some great solutions to a few of the design oversights I had made. Would definitely recommend/use them again!

I recently got my entire home remodeling done by Villa Construction and Development, Inc. They did a great job! They were professional and did everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Greg and his team to anyone getting a new kitchen, washrooms or any types of remodeling on your home. We recently did a gut rehab with Villa Construction. We bought an old home near Lincoln Square that needed a lot of work, and now it feels like a new construction home. It took a few months longer than originally planned but I believe that's typical especially with the unknowns behind old walls. We have lived in the home for 8 months with no issues; drain tile, sump pump, A/C have worked perfectly, and all the cabinetry, tile, etc. has held up They care a lot about the quality of their work, not just getting the job done.
