Beautiful dresses and great staff. Best selection!
Went in to try on wedding dresses with high hopes because they have very beautiful gowns and that’s where my mom bought her wedding dress but when I asked one of the workers to try out a dress she said that I had to pay $100 to try on only THREE dresses! Highly disappointed!
I had a really bad experience with this store. They cancelled both of the dresses we were looking into. They did give us free alterations due to this. But one of my daughters alterations was messed up. We called to see if we could get it fixed in another one of their stores & they said no. It would be an additional charge. Highly disappointed. Never buying from this chain again.
