4-1-21nVERY BAD EXPERIENCE here. We bought 2 medium Hot fudge sundaes that were priced at $4.45 as well as a Freezy priced at $5.59. Total, that should be $14.49 plus tax. The cashier charged us $26...... We brought this up to the other person working there, who agreed with us. But the other worker, (with a condescending bad attitude), says that those were the prices on the register. We recounted the total to her multiple times, but she walked away as we were speaking, unwilling to give us a refund or even listen. I will not be buying from a business that can’t even price their already over priced items right and hire people with nasty attitudes who don’t have the mental capacity, or willingness, to hold a conversation.
DO NOT GO HERE. horrible customer service and the shakes and sundaes are way to over priced. workers are rude and disrespectful. i would have had better luck at wendy’s or even drinking milk at home. won’t be coming again.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! The customer service is extremely poor, employees overprice the ice cream when charging customers to make a larger profit. Do not waste your money or time here. Step it up Tastee Freeze. :/
I ordered a Freeze and they made it to perfection. Despite the long line they work very fast to fill your order. So the line moves fast. The girl that took out order was super sweet and friendly. Can't wait for them to reopen next spring!
