I got into a accident over a month ago and there is no way to get a hold of they’re second or third party services I called exaggerated amounts of time left voice mails also sent emails and no response I also called amigo to see if they can help to reach them for me and they just said to keep calling to speak to any one there but till this day no one has picked up my calls or called me back or responded to any of my emails very very disappointed I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE TO ANY ONE AT ALL!!!! ITS TRUE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR but I like to help out small businesses VERY BAD IDEA NO POINT IN HAVING FULL COVERAGE OR ANY INSURANCE FOR THAT MATTER IF THEYRE NEVER GOING TO FIX THE VEHICLES I HOPE I DONT GET SUED BY THE OTHER DRIVER ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83dude21

Got the insurance from here just to have in order to complete a purchase on a new car that I had purchased and to shop around for insurance. (Full coverage was required for me to get the auto loan). I called and cancelled the very next day 8/16 because I ended up going with State farm full coverage which was only 10 dollars more for full coverage. It is now 11/25 and Amigo insurance still has not refunded me anything. I paid 220 dollars for a deposit. They're still trying to charge me for a month of insurance eventhough my signed cancellation form says 8/16. Customer service puts me on with a different person every time and ends in the phone hanging up every time. When asked to speak to a manager they always say they don't have one. The main boss Carlos Santiago is unreachable. Save your money go else where. As I stated State Farm was around the same price and has the opportunity to lower your rate with good driving. They also don't give you a hard time when its time to pay. I've had them in the past and companies like this makes me appreciate them more.

Unless you want to sit at home and wait months to see if they're going to fix your car when u have an accident, even though u have full coverage then buy from them. Otherwise spend a little more and buy from a reputable company.. Super rude and ghetto STAY AWAY
