Asked for some documents they didn't have to give me for a problem I had with town hall. The gentleman, Israel, handled my situation as best he could after I explained it to him. Real friendly customer service and genuine drive to help the customer. Would recommend just for that alone.

28 year customer and extremely satisfied the entire time as this agency sets the bar for customer service and continually go above and beyond to help me navigate through adds/changes that occur throughout my lifetime with Homes, Cars, Riders, .... always looking for the best rates, discounts, and always insuring I am properly insured both not under or over insured having my families best interest at heart. I annually measure Statefarm as a company against the rest and from a Price, Services, and RELIABILITY to pay claims, and when you add in the personalize service From Jim Finnerty's team, I can't find any better value out there. They are more then a good neighbor, they are FAMILY to me.

I've been a State Farm customer since I turned 16 (thanks, Dad!), and have worked with various agents. I reached out to Jim when I moved back to the Chicago area, and it has been a fantastic experience. Jim and his staff are quick to respond, always friendly, and know their stuff. I just had to repair my car after an accident, and it was a quick, efficient, and simple process.
