I have been using New Wave Travel for many many many years and both Melania and Suzy are amazing. She works with me patiently without complaining, gets back to me right away and diligently, she always has great option and works and provides to all my request. On top of her being very sufficient and professional their prices are great too.
Kaji is amazing. She has helped me multiple times in past 6 years. I can't forget the time when I was travelling back to the US and fell sick a day before my travel. She went out of her way to get the cancellation fee waived by contacting the airlines at odd hours, entertaining my phone calls etc. I cant' also forget the time when she worked on mother in law's tickets when we had to make changes almost 100 times. She always kept her cools and kept on working with us till my mother in law got what she wanted. All in all, working with Kaji is always stress free and end results are amazing. I highly recommend working with her.
Riz and Kaji are amazing. Have used New Wave multiple times for trips to Asia - they can do so much more than a website can do - love the personal attention and the way they can get things to work (like sometimes getting on sold out flights) behind the scenes. Thank you!
