They come and get my car and brought it back when it was done. I can pay the bill over the phone or online. So I don't have to get out or do anything but pay for it. Very convenient and they make sure and tell me what if anything was wrong. Great service!
Our first experience here was not good. I booked one service and did not receive it. And ended up get charged more. However, they went above and beyond to correct the situation. I received personal calls and they offered to cover the service I needed for free. Decided to go back and give them another chance and was blown away by the customer service and prices. They will definitely have my future business.
My husband and I brought our van here to have the rack & pinion replaced. They are very professional & thorough! I know lots of people think Meverts is expensive, & would rather go to a small time mechanic. Let me tell you, we originally took our van to a mechanic in Pinckneyville. They charged us $350 for nothing! They knew the rack & pinion was bad, & refused to repair it after having our van for 2 weeks! I called Meverts & spoke to Danielle. They ran a full diagnostic on our van, & had it repaired in 2 days! I will definitely be taking our vehicles to them from now on! They are very professional, thorough, & worth every penny!
