The customer representative was nice but very unhelpful. I would recommend doing all your verizon stuff on their website.
Went to buy a new phone and the rep, Alli, was a tremendous help. She was able to complete my upgrade request while multitasking by assisting another customer pay their bill, all while on hold with a tech rep. In all a very good experience. We have only been to this location twice but it has become our go-to for our cellular needs. Great job!
It was great, the person helping (can't remember her name) us was attentive to questions and helped understand anything I asked.
Alli helped me find a good deal when replacing my previous phone. After discounts for trade in and upgrade, I was able to get a new plan with more data and a new phone at roughly the same cost as my previous plan.
