The amount of time we spent in your salon is absolutely ridiculous. almost 4 hours is too long! I used to come here all the time and it was just fine. I came today and it was a mess. You clearly can not keep employees and you are losing major service. In my time being here I watched multiple customers walk out after waiting 30 minutes to an hour. I also watched you guys tell multiple people to come back at a certain time and STILL not be ready to serve them. I am very disappointed with the timely manner. On the bright side, our nails look good.

One day on a whim I decided that I would love to pamper myself by getting a pedicure and a manicure! EVENTHO I didn't have the money to splurge on such luxuries, I decided to go all out and get EVERYTHING that they offered and just put it on a charge card and worry about paying for the mani/pedi at a later date! Linda was my technician and I ABSOLUTELY loved everything about her!!!! She did an excellent job!!! I give CT NAILS 5ud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fnI HIGHLY RECOMMEND CT NAILS!!!!
While they had me in and out quickly, the quality of my acrylics is lacking. In no way were these nails even close to what I pictured. They're not properly shaped, the white is majorly showing through the color, and they in no way look real like I'd hoped. For $50 I could've done it myself and ended up more satisfied with the results. I don't think I'll be going again.
Could of painted my nails myself and Girl was on video chat while doing my nails. Didnt get what I wanted. Better off going to zens nails salon!ud83dude11
