Not only friendly but also very knowledgeable! They are NOT a chain store which I can appreciate having a family owned business. They also have really cool designs you won't see anywhere else! Dropped off and was told Thursday and they had it done a couple days earlier! Would def recommend them. They repaired a very sentimental chain, sized and repaired a very sentimental ring! I can't put into words the amazing job Traci has done on my jewelry. She has done several re-designs with family diamonds, pieces that are personal to me and mean so much. She knows this and goes out of her way to make sure she gives them extra special care. Just like she does everything she's worked on. I trust her creative eye and she is an artist. I just picked up a new piece today and I can't take my eyes off of it. It is exactly the way I would have designed it myself. Gorgeous. Also, not to mention they are timely! Thank you, Traci.
