In 2011, I got deployed to Iraq for six months before I could propose to my wife. So I called Kay Jewelers and talked with them about wedding and engagement rings and they were very helpful providing prices and pictures. Not only did they help me get what I wanted which was a Leo Diamond but they help me propose to my wife. The picture below is me proposing since I could not be there. They also decorated that area with flowers and a display of diamonds. My mom was behind the counter so I could propose.nnKay Jewelers thank you for assisting me to propose to my wife when I was in hard spot.
The ladies in here are so sweet and so helpful! They understand what it takes to give amazing customer service and go the extra mile! I have had bad experiences with Kay Jewelers customer support online, the individuals on the other side are so informal it almost seems like someone is hacking them. But when in doubt, go inside and they'll always have what you're looking for whether its a new necklace, information on a warranty, or just a friendly conversation! This team is awesome!!!
