Granddaughter got ears pierced, young lady was very nice
Savannah and Truth pierced my 4 year old’s ears and were just so wonderful with her! They were both very helpful and attentive!
We was actually at ULTA beauty
The employees are always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean and they're a lot more sanitary with their ear piercings than other locations I've been to. LOVE it there!!!
Second time I've gone in and no one acknowledges me. Last time I had to leave my stuff and come back because only one person was there and they were piercing which I understand, but no one even said hey or apologized. Just not impressed with the customer service here.
