I do think that you have to have a good insurance company but I also think that your agent can make a huge difference. My agent Eric Clendenin has been there for our family for over 20yrs. Farmers has always responded quickly and always has given our claims the attention of a company who cares about their customers.
I love having a local agent, Eric, and office manager, Brenda, that helps me with any questions and things that I need help with. It is always reassuring to know I can call or come by the office and know I will be helped in anyway they can. Thank you for keeping a comfortable atmosphere.
