I pick up my wish orders here. All the salespeople I've interacted with have been cool cats. If I had the money to buy anything as substantial as a large appliances, I would come in and act like I was going to buy it from them.
My wife and I had an excellent experience with these guys! They gave us a great deal and they delivered and installed both a washer and a dryer in no time flat. Definitely won't ever go anywhere else for any appliances.
Justin was a very polite, friendly and helpful associate. I purchased a dryer today. I'm very pleased with the dryer features and it has a great warranty. If I ever need it worked on I call them and they will arrange for a repair.
Appliances are hard to find during this pandemic. The store was full of appliances you could take home or have delivered. I was able to purchase a chest freezer on the spot. From sales to delivery, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I will be back soon for another purchase!
I waited 3 months for a part for my washer, was told it was on backorder.nMy warranty company assigned the repair to a different company and the tech had the part in his vehicle and it took 30 minutes to repair. What a joke.
