Excel Sports & Physical Therapy

After multiple “less than beneficial” experiences with rehabilitation, I am very pleased with my recent and ongoing sessions with the team at Excel Sports & Physical Therapy in Wentzville. Alena and Elizabeth are both professional and knowledgeable, and they have helped yield more results in four sessions than I experienced in dozens of cumulative sessions at other locations. They are generous and efficient with their time and attention and have proven that results are achievable almost immediately when in the hands of qualified and committed professionals. I strongly recommend this Excel Sports & Physical Therapy location for those seeking first time help or for those who, like myself, have grown very skeptical of the benefits of therapy due to previous experiences.

Very knowledgeable and caring therapists. They will challenge you to do as much as you can, but are careful not to hurt you. I trust what the therapists tell me to do and trust them to do any adjustments physically with my injury as well. I appreciate the positivity and encouragement in my recovery and feel empowered after my therapy at the facility.

The Therapist at Excel are great all around. Very happy I choose them to do my therapy. They have helped me a ton in my recovery. Would recommend Excel to anyone needing therapy hands down. Excellent Therapist

I am very happy with the care I am receiving from everyone at the Wentzville location. I have mostly worked with Alena but have also worked with Elizabeth. After 2 months of twice weekly treatments I have only witnessed positive attitudes and a true caring for their patients. I am very happy with my decision to come to this facility.

Muscle Knots: Dry NeedlingnI recently started my second round of dry needling sessions after a couple of years since my first rounds with Joe. Joe is a life saver who single handedly gave me a pain free life back after several months of crippling pain. My trigger points have returned, but thankfully I now know about dry needling and how beneficial it is.nnExcel: As a company they are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Over the years, my back issues have sent me to a few different PT centers. I recommend Excel as my experience with them is the gold standard.nnJoe: I'm having a hard time finding the words that speak to the huge amount of gratitude and respect I have for him as a PT Technician. I told him, and really trying to avoid sounding too dramatic, but Joe saved my life. Literally. After 6 months of extreme never-ending pain, 24 hours a day.. every second of every hour that prevented me from living a normal life and kept me from sleeping for several days on end...... I was in a very dark place. After 2 sessions with Joe, spaced about a week apart, I was completely pain free and all of my muscle knots in my back, shoulders, arm pits, etc. were gone. I was absolutely shocked and amazed by the results of Joe's work.nJoe is very friendly, nice, compassionate, and calming. As far as his skills he is knowledgeable, communicates what he is doing, why he is doing it, and what to expect during and after he does it with total accuracy. Getting dry needling done sucks in the moment. I'm not going to lie. It sucks. But Joe is extremely good at it and the results 24-48 hours after he works his magic are absolutely incredible. I could not make a stronger recommendation for Joe at Excel. I owe a lot to that guy, just for doing his job extremely well.
