The orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapy for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. I started working with a physical therapist at Advanced Training and Rehab and from the time I walked in and was greeted by Megan, I knew it would be a positive experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the physical therapists work well as a team. How often can a person say that they are looking forward to a physical therapy appointment? My therapist, Emily, is amazing - personable, professional and a great therapist. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would go back if I needed it again! I highly recommend Advanced Training and Rehab if you need physical therapy. They will take great care of you!

I had a very nice, very professional, highly knowledgeable of his profession, compassionate and good listener therapist, Chuck. He is very, very good. He gets 5 stars. The rest of the people working there were very nice and polite, 5 stars for service. I give 3 stars to the location and it deserves 2. The place needs a redo. Carpets, walls and door trims have coats of grime, and the place smells like grime too.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I have a chronic condition that has taken me to 5 PT offices during the course of 2020. The folks at ATR Cave Springs/St. Peters location delivered my most successful experience by far. Their combination of traditional US exercise therapy techniques as well as manual therapy, etc. made a huge difference for me.

I absolutely LOVE the staff here! Jeff, Paige, and John are AMAZING therapists! They will not only heal the injury, but also make sure that you’re strong enough so the injury doesn’t reoccur! Everyone is super friendly and want to get to know you personally! Couldn’t ask for better therapists helping me! If you go there, you know you’re in great hands!

Jeff, along with his entire team, welcome you and make you feel like family. They focus on the necessary steps to promote healing. The care and therapeutic support is tailored to meet individual needs. The therapy room is spacious, well lit, and clean. As a client, you are empowered to be actively engaged in your recovery, learning which elements are best to continue on your own between therapy sessions.
