The purpose for my visit with Jennifer was very personal and sensitive. Being an extremely modest and conservative person, I was very nervous about seeing her for pelvic floor physical therapy. However, Jennifer took the time to review my medical history and to educate me thoroughly before my exam and therapy. She was so kind, took her time, and explained everything so well so that I could understand. She also gave me advice and tips to help me manage my pain, as well as techniques to work on until our next visit. She made me as comfortable as I possibly could have been. I recommend her VERY highly.

Jen is an amazing therapist. She truly takes the time to understand her patient's needs and is empathetic and effect throughout the therapy process. I would highly recommend SSM Health Physical Therapy simply based on my interactions with her and the rest of the staff at this location. They truly do an excellent job.

I have had a very positive experience with my physical therapist. She makes therapy fun while getting the job done on my body. Very friendly and knows what she is doing. Answers all my questions in a way that a 74 year old lady understands. I would definitely give her 5 stars.
