Great place! Ryan and his staff do an amazing job! Extremely friendly and I love that I can hop between his North O’fallon and South O’fallon locations. Very convenient. I highly recommend!

BEST PHYSICAL REHAB FACILITY EVER ! (NORTH OFALLON) THE PLACE IS CLEAN. THE STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT INJURIES AND TRAINING. RYAN, ADRIENNE, WHITNEY AND KATIE ALL KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TRAINING I RECEIVED. THANK YOU GUYS!

To start things off I just wanted to say this place is super convenient to me because it is two minutes from my house. Also the people who work in the gym are very nice people and I love to see how if someone is busy with something, someone else will take care of it! All it’s the best physical training facility that I have been to so. Thankyou

I started PT several months before my bilateral knee replacements. Whitney and staff had me strong, confident and ready to go. Now I’m going through post surgery PT and am back with Whitney. COVID-19 reared it’s ugly head and forced me to stop just as I was getting started. She called weekly to check in with me and never pressured me to come back until it felt safe. They go above and beyond to sanitize and everyone wears a mask. My post surgery rehab is back on track. I highly recommend Advanced Training and Rehab in North O’Fallon. Staff is professional and impeccable in their service!
