I have been coming to this location for the past month. My left arm got injured and I feel a lot better after going thru physical therapy. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Leann Wood is my physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable and is very focused.

The therapists and receptionist are very knowledgeable, friendly, caring people. Their clients comfort and rehab is equal in importance to them. I've been a client after several health issues and surgeries and they have been a big help to get me back, to as much as has been possible, to normal. Plus as I am released from therapy my therapist has always given me suggestions of what to do to keep whatever currently the problem was under control. I'm currently seeing them for some issues; as usual, I have been doing exercises at home. Which my therapist makes sure to go over each very carefully to ensure I fully understand how to do them correctly, so that I don't do more harm than good while doing the exercises. They keep in close contact with the doctors who send them clients on the progress made so that the doctors are knowledgeable about the patients progress or lack of.nnThey are very concerned about keeping the equipment and all locations that clients might be in sanitized with the Covid-19 virus now doubling their caution.nnI fully recommend SSM HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY to anyone who is in need of therapy to get help at this facility.

One thing I noticed about P.T. Leann Wood was how upbeat she was. Getting physical therapy is not always the greatest thing you want to do in your day. With Leann’s bubbly personality, physical therapy was actually fun to do. She explained exactly what she wanted me to do and made sure I was safe doing the exercises. She also has a way of helping to get your mind off the pain.....she sings! Leann will find any way to help take your mind off the pain. I have gone to several Therapists in my life. Leann is one P.T. I enjoy going back to see.

The New Town location is great. They have the friendliest staff and the therapists are very knowledgeable. It makes you feel very comfortable because they all strive to make your therapy seem easy and fun instead of just work. What a great Team they are!
