They canceled my policy after sending a notice to an address I never heard of, then they kept taking my money for a year and a half. Now they say they don’t have a record of receiving my money. Every time I call I get a different story, they are working on it, they need to investigate again. All this time I thought I had insurance and was not covered now they don’t want to reimburse me my money back. I have proof from my bank that they have been receiving checks for the time period that my insurance was canceled. I need a lawyer, help!!!!!

I was paying about $24 pm now they send me a letter that they are now going to take out over $200. Not happy I have been paying for years, I thought the increase would be a few more dollars. Would not recommend.

I purchased my insurance in the 80's from Great American and the amount was 250$ which I understood was for life. I have been giving Wilton, which apparently purchased my insurance and I have been faithfully paying. Last month I was told my insurance was going up to $591 until October when it was going up to 921$ . Your rep told me I should have looked at my annual statement. I did not pay to the statement as I was under the impression it was 250$ which I have been paying ALL THESE YEARS. Next year it will be over 900$ . If I live to 90, it goes up again. You need to let your clients know BY LETTER every so often that their insurance will be going up , not wait until they are 88 years old and spring it on them. It is no wonder you have gotten 1 star on comments from your clients. If I could give you no stars I would. As far as I am concerned you are crooks.

I have two life insurance policies, one is mine, the other is my husbands. Both 25 years old. Paid through EFT from my employer. Falling out between Wilton Re and my employer. Problems with paying premiums. Cancel my husband’s policy, mine is still active. I have tried continuously to get my husband’s policy reactivated. Filled out paperwork many times. Each time I submit the forms, they find something they say is wrong. Time to get a lawyer.

My Grandparents both had insurance policies from 1962, I got a letter stating they learned my Grandmother died and the beneficiaries were my Dad and Uncle, both dead, I told them and they want death certificates for my Grandmother, Grandfather, Father and Uncle! They know my Grandfather died as they know his policy was paid out yet still they want his certificate, then they wanted the obituaries! I get a run around as everyone else who has rated them, how can they get away with this? My Grandma died in 2014!
