Dr Shah is good. But his front desk employees are terrible. There's a white lady on the left of the window and a black lady on the right of the front window and both have funky attitudes. They both try to discourage you from seeing the doctor.

Can never reach a person in the office. I called and left messages regarding my sons medication, never got a call back. Never met him while my son was in the NICU. My son had to be hospitalized and he made out like it was completely my fault because he ran out of medication even though I had reached out and out pediatrician had reached out. We did have to reschedule an appointment but our car broke down or we would have been there.

Dr. Shah really takes the time to talk with his patients and see what's going on with them. He is genuinely concerned with your health and overall well-being! He will talk with you and explain in terms you can understand. In my experience, the wait time is very minimal, if any, which is certainly a PLUS!!!
