Books-A-Million

I love shopping here. This store is always very neat & clean and organized so it's easy to find what you're looking for. They have a huge selection of books for all ages. They also have some really unique toys and gadgets. It's a very entertaining store. They also have a Joe Muggs coffee shop inside so you can drink your coffee and read a book while you're there.

Not one person acknowledged our existence. They didn’t speak coming in or out. No work ethos in this world anymore. You are at work. You are supposed to greet people folks. Try to sell something. Please do better people. It’s such a better experience to have people give a damn that you’re shopping in your location.

They make the best caramel hot chocolate in town. We always find what we need and something extra as well.

Great customer service. Became a member simply for the low cost entry and how well the service member explained the program and savings that I would benefit.

Fulondale Al BAM should remove curbside from this location. It never happened. I made several calls, they never answered. I had to go inside where the employees were not busy. Customers were in the store without mask during COVID-19. Don’t offer what you cannot deliver!
