My wife and I have both used Select PT a number of times over the past 5 years or more. Jonathon Flores and all the staff at Select are highly professional, caring and quite competent. We have always had a positive outcome. We both highly recommend Select and would use them again in the future.

Silas is very attentive to my needs. I would recommend him to any of my family members. After my initial assessment with Silas we put together a treatment plan that was reasonable and achievable. Thank you Silas and Select Physical Therapy for your genuine care and concern and wanting me to become better.

This review has nothing to do with the physical therapists but everything to do with the lack of professionalism that Amber showed regarding insurance paperwork. I have been here twice over the last year for physical therapy and decided to come back a third time as I had never had any problems however this third time has been a huge disappointment. Long story short Amber was very rude and unprofessional after I pointed out a major mistake she made regarding my insurance and deductible. I felt like I was not cared for as a patient and that I was just there for them to make money off of after this particular encounter. I thought that my future interactions with Amber would be better and that maybe that day was just particularly rough for her however they were not as she continued to be unprofessional. Ultimately I ended up calling to cancel the rest of my appointments and choose to go somewhere else for physical therapy. Again I would like to reiterate that this review has nothing to do with the Physical Therapists in this office as they are all kind, caring, courteous and professional and truly want the best for you.
