While improving.. I agree some of the office you walk in.. staff look at you like you are in the wrong place.. tax collector's office is one of those however, tax collectors staff one of the best

Good luck getting some good service in the tax collectors office. I only deal with one specific person, every other person in the office is to lazy to get up and actually help someone and it’s easier to say they can’t or they don’t know and be nasty than to help you.
