It was a horrific experience since Dr. Yordy is no longer practicing. Went in paid my copay was directed to wait in my car. Two nurses came to parking lot running around to cars. The nurse came to my car window asked me if I had ever had a kidney stone~ I’ve been going here since 1998 for kidney stones. Then said let me see what we need to do. Sent me to get CT scan told me to call when finished. Called asked what I need to do said just wait in parking lot. Where?? It don’t matter. A muse will call you back. Nurse called back gave results of CT said there’s nothing more we can do for you without consulting with Doctor. I called office manager her words were “ that don’t sound like her, did they not give you a urinalysis. Well no it’s not in my chart. I never seen anyone in this office. Very unprofessional. Never took care of my medical issues.

Love Dr Smith has compassion used a couple of the others when he was off or on vacation the group as a whole are great

I had a GREAT experience at Shoals Urological Associates last week. All the staff from the receptionist to billing were super friendly and helpful. I don't think I waited for a full minute between the lobby and in the treatment room for Dr. Walls to come in. I also can't speak highly enough of Dr. Walls. Extremely skilled, professional, kind, caring and just a great guy to be around. Thanks so much for making a procedure that most guys don't look forward to so simple!
