I’ll be switching pharmacies. I called in a prescription refill last week and was told they would contact my doctor and it would be ready Tuesday. Come Tuesday, I didn’t hear anything so I called my doctor and the refill was never called in, so the doctor called in. When it was finally ready, the pharmacy never called, only reason I knew was because I called to check. Once I picked it up today, I had terrible customer service. The lady asked for my first and last name, so I told her. She asked me to spell my last, so I did, she asked me for my first name, I again told her, she then very rudely said “Uh can you spell that? There’s lots of different ways” and the proceeded to give me different examples of how to spell my name (came off very condescending). I will definitely NOT be back ever again.

Delivery of two prescriptions should have been here Friday, only received one. I even called the night before to let the pharmacy know to put them together since they were called in at different times. When I asked what happened on Friday the Pharmist stated we didn't have any bag's because they arrived late, and the guy just left with 50 order's to deliver. I called Monday asking if my order will be delivered today, I get a hummmm once it leaves here we don't know. So helpful. Shouldn't the pharmacy keep track of your prescription/order also.

We are forced to use CVS by our health insurance. This mandate is probably the only way they stay in business. Horrible horrible pharmacy. As the reviews show they are awful. If you have a choice stay far away.

This location for prescription filling in my opinion is unorganized. Requests online to fill prescriptions do not make it to the store and when you arrive to pick up prescriptions that are on auto fill they are hardly ever ready. Hold times are absolutely ridiculous....exhausting. Completely rude and incompetent staff.

We have gotten alot of prescriptions here.nFirst and biggest problem is they are usually understaffed. The staff is over burdened and it shows. Not their fault. They work hard to try and keep up. I blame management. We are now in the process of moving our repeat meds to Bartells due to the superior managing of staff assets.nLets face it CVS managers/ owners ,meds are meds. Service is what should set you apart from your competitors.
