Wouldn't recommend them at all. Today makes my third appointment there. I don't know or have any more answers then my first visit. Seems they want to get your insurance and co-pay and rush in and out. When asked direct questions the Doctor's only reply is I can't draw blood and say it's 45 and do xyz and it will solve it! I felt the Dr along with his PA is very rude! Office Staff was very rude as well! Definitely will not be back!

The referral lady either doesn't care about her job or is just bad at it. I was sent to the wrong place twice because of her. My lung doctor there wanted me to see a spine doctor to check on my scoliosis, and she sends me to a place without a scoliosis doctor, and somehow mixed up my records, the spine people had to go through it and fix it. My lung doctor also said I needed to loose weight, and I would be referred to a doctor that can help with medicine and diets, no surgery because my lungs are too bad to be put under.nThe referral lady sent me to a weight loss center that only does surgery, after I confirmed her with that I can't do surgery, and yet she still sent me there. Both times was a waste of gas and time. I live a hour and a half from both. She gives you the run around for any referral.nnShe didn't even refer me to the right heart doctor, that my lung doctor wanted me to go to. I am getting sent to another heart doctor, but at least its the right type of doctor.nnShe also never answers, no matter how many times you call, you just have to leave a message and she calls you back, whenever that is.nShe also doesn't listen, I told her I don't get cell service where I live, and yet that is what she calls instead of my landline.

Worst office I have ever been to. Dr. Perry is wonderul but the office staff are awful.

I understand with COVID no visitors but when a patient says they need assistance maybe you should take that into consideration! My husband doesn’t do dr appt unfortunately he don’t like to go so he won’t say if anything is wrong I always speak up and say those things! One day a person is going to be misdiagnosed due to this! Men don’t fill out paperwork let alone know what meds they are on, and they have 3 pages front and back! So if your needing helping from a spouse maybe check into getting the paperwork before the appointment. Oh and another thing checking patients temperatures as soon as they walk through the door and giving a mask but employees aren’t having temperatures taken? What makes them any less to being sick? What makes them different then the patient?nnEmployees were ok, to much talking back and forth between each other and definitely would be greeting patients just saying looks look ok your business.nnP.S when you take a patients temp you get a new clean glaze not keep using the same one that you cleaned the thermometer with that was just used on another patient! ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

The staff and doctors are very receptive and listen to what you have to say. I am attending pulmonary rehab, now, and would like to share something with the doctors in charge of rehab. Class lasts for one hour, but about four of us MUST sit for an extra 40 minutes, longer, just to use the ONE arm bike, taking turns. They have two, but one is broken and the resistance on the second one is stuck on the highest setting and cannot be changed. Not only are the females waiting, but also the males. I think that the owners of the facility should purchase a new one, or cut the price of the class ...since we are not getting what we, and our insurance is paying for. We have 10 participants in our class and ALL are complaining. Please take care of this.
