I received my new glasses on Wednesday and went back with the concern that I couldn't see well out of the right eye. Fran was supposed to get back with me on Monday. I have since left two phone messages. It has been 3 weeks without a response.nnI would not recommend!

I was saw April 26th for contacts. I was very pleased with my first visit. My contacts came in and I tried them out for over a week. I called May 9th and requested a new trail pair because the ones I tried were not working. I was told they would be in in a few days and I would get a call soon. Once again I was was pleased and very hopeful I would be seeing well soon. I was wrong. Here it is June 6th and still no phone calls no nothing. I called for the 3rd time and complained that it had been about a month since i had heard from anyone. Also not even one apology today after I politely informed them that I was more than disappointed that I hadn't been contacted. As soon as I get my new pair I'm done here.
