On multiple occasions I have waited at least an hour in the commercial lane. In one instance, I was behind just 1 vehicle and it was still just as long. Because of the bad experience I've had at this location,nI decided to go to the bank at HEB but it's just as bad. Maybe they should consider a second lane or hiring more help. Its ridiculous that I wait longer at the bank than I do at a doctor's appointment.
