This pharmacy has been having issues for about the last year or so. I use it for my meds because it's so close to home but it really isnt worth it anymore. They cut pharmacists hours, and leave it understaffed. Drive-thru takes a backseat to people going to pharmacy to check out regular groceries and whatnot. I've been waiting in the drive-thru now for about 20+ mins behind three other cars, and have been on hold with the pharmacy for 10+ minutes now. The lady asked us if we would hold and didnt even give us a chance to answer. They have also hung up on me in the past as well.

Wow when I dropped off my prescription they said 20 minutes. It’s been 40 minutes so I went to ask and they STILL hadn’t even got to it. Girl looked at me embarrassed and said “5 more minutes”. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I get bad service at the pharmacy. I guess I’ll stick to WalGreens. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here so far. ud83dude12

My family has filled our meds here for a long time. Service is getting worse and worse. Went to fill one of my kids meds. They didn't have it in Stock. Lady working was beyond rude and refused to even see if another cvs location had it in Stock. Went to another cvs and they were out as well but they were more than happy to check the other stores. Cvs needs to step up and improve their customer service.

Need to fix second drive through lane its been down for a while for the pharmacy other than that good customer service prices are a little more than other places.
