They get to know their regulars They really listen and go above and beyond to solve problems. Lindale pharmacy is ALWAYS out of stuff and it's take 36 more hours. Just don't have that problem much in Hawkins. I feel safe in their hands.

Refused to match price of GoodRx...said they don’t have to match price...they are slow. Rude. I won’t be taking prescriptions back there again.

Dale and the crew have gone out of there way to help us on a number of problems. Thank you all so much. If you are looking for a first rate pharmacy, this is it here in Hawkins

The employees are always polite and professional. I enjoy visiting with them and have never been dissatisfied with their service! I highly recommend this Pharmacy!

Revised from 1 star I posted last year when James was pharmacy mgr. To 5 star now that they have new pharmacy manager Dale. Well organized, very helpful and friendly, what a difference. I'm sure you will like the positive changes he made
