Today, my Heros Waverly and Jordan at HEB pharmacy at the corner of Anderson Mill and 620. Both went above and beyond the Call of Duty and helped to make my experience as best as possible looking out for the customer rather then company needs.nThe people that make up the staff of H-E-B Pharmacy at 620 and Anderson Mill are the most amazing people I've ever met. Kerry dubie Cheryl and the whole staff awesome people that will help you with whatever you're needs may be!

I had a few simple questions about needle tops for my insulin pins. I didn't even have my prescription filled with them and was just inquiring about price. Amanda, I think she must be in management, was so helpful that I will be moving my $4000 a month prescriptions from my current, and lacking, pharmacy over to this HEB. One person really can make all the difference.

Said it would be ready by 10am, showed up at 11am...still not ready. Waited around another 30 just for them to tell me they don’t have it in stock.nUnorganized and unreliable location

Terrible attitude. I visited here for my prescription yesterday and they gave me one pill. Today morning, pharmacy call me there is one pill missed so I visit once more. It was so unprofessional they missed one pill when I visit yesterday but they never say I am sorry.nFurthermore, they could not find my pill when I visit again even though I got a call from them in the morning. One woman said that I might have wrong information and I should call to hospital. I said No. Another woman came and said I already took my pill one hour ago. I said No. The other woman who manage drive-thru find my pill and give it to me. What is the matter with you?nAND the woman who said I already took it, she blamed me that it is all my fault because I did not tell them it was prepaid. They never say I am sorry. Is there any fine or lawful anything negative if they appeal sorry and say all is their mistake?nThere are so many other pharmacy nearby and I will never use here again.
