They wasted my time twice this week, not filling prescriptions in time for pick up. It always takes at the very least 20 mins (sometimes more) just to get your prescriptions.

Worst customer service at an H‑E‑B EVER and I LOVE H-E-B! Sad since this is the closest H‑E‑B to me since moving.

I’ve never really had any issues with this pharmacy. Been coming here every month for over a year. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews.

The Dr. called in a prescription for my daughter which she desperately needed. I waited 2 hours and they said it would be ready Saturday morning. I said “ no today is Thursday.” They filled it but told me several times that there were 40 people that they pushed me in front of. Ridiculous!!!!!

I am updating my less than 1 star review to 5 stars. I have been shopping at HEB since we moved here in the late 70's. Every time they moved, we went with them. The pharmacy has worked very hard to correct the insurance billing issues & seem to be on the right track now.
