Takes a long time. Be prepared. My doctor was having trouble logging into whatever system they use to send the script over so he called it in. It has been over 1.5 hours and I am still waiting. It is just antibiotic eye drops. No pills to count or liquid to mix. Just drop the bottle of eye drops in the bag and let me get out of here. Update. “They are getting it together should be ready soon.” That was 20 min ago. Its a bottle of eye drops...2 hours and still waiting. Good thing it isn’t heart medication or I may die waiting.

They have been consistently on time with my prescription. The staff is kind and professional. I'm pleased.

I have used this HEB Pharmacy for years. It is by far one of the BEST I have used in all the HEB locations. I recently moved further away from this HEB at 2800 Whitestone in Cedar Park, but I STILL continue to drive past 2 other HEB pharmacies to use this location as their staff is by far the best of the best!!

My wife and I have been going here for a few years now. A few of the people there know our names and are always super nice. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. We love it.

unprofessional , Mean and disrespectful,,,,wow unbelievable ,nI strongly suggest they use help of a psychologist or counselors...
