The train is punctual. The station is clean. There are no restrooms. I downloaded the app, purchased my ticket, and activated it on my phone when I got on the train. You don't have to scan the code anywhere, just show it to the inspector if he gets on board and asks for it. A full day pass is $7 and it's good for train and buses for 24 hours from the time of activation.

I love the location of Lakeline Station. There's plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of. There are no public restroom, but occasionally have porta potties during event like ACL and SXSW.

The additional parking that was added a few years back has really helped with congestion. Very clean facility and spacious waiting area.

Better get here 10-15 minutes early. Better understand how the kiosk works, because it's not easy and there's no one here to help you. Better just have cash, because the credit card feature probably won't work. Be sure not to try to come up at 30 seconds until departure, because the driver will just drive off without you, or the ticket you just bought that took you 3 minutes to figure out. You will be left, no one will care, you will not get a refund. I would just recommend getting an Uber or Lyft, at least you'll get where you need to go.

Quick and easy access to downtown. Nice clean and well maintained.
