Was not shopping today although I did gaze at all that sparkled. I had my inspections done on my pieces and got them all clean and looking like a million bucks. Amazing service and personnel there! Thank you.

My boyfriend ordered me a ring from their website and they sent the wrong size, we had to go to the store and get sizing, I even gave the lady a ring I had on to size it correctly, everything seemed fine, a few days later I received the ring and instead of it being the size we asked for they sent it 2 sizes bigger. It seems like they don’t pay attention to their customers.
