One person can't possible be expected to check out people, pierce ears and answer costumer questions. We went in hoping to get our kid's ears pierced and there was no way. The poor lady had too much going on. How I can expect to have full on eyes on my kid when she is expected to do the job of four people.

Got my ears pierced here years ago. Bubbles in ears, constant closing up (within a week) and Everytime I wear earrings, I have to punch another hole in my ear. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I REGRET EVERYTHING

I went here for a piercing event thinking I could get a good price but it was the same as the professionals in Austin! Thankfully I kept looking and one of the other jewelry vendors in the mall gave me a great price and it was completely painless and clean.

Took my daughter to this Claire's to get her ears pierced. We were greeted by a smiling lady wearing fairy wings, who cheerfully explained the process and helped my daughter pick her starter earrings. While waiting in line, we saw the process, that there were actually two ladies piercing each child's ears both ears at the same time. This is a great idea, because I've heard that oftentimes a child will lose courage after the first ear and end up not getting both ears pierced. This way it's a one-shot deal. We watched 3 kids ahead of us had this done, nice and quick. Both ladies were smiling and caring towards the kids. When my daughter's turn came, it went well too. Afterwards, included in the price of the piercing, they provide this more expensive quick-healing liquid that is supposed to heal the ear fully in 3 weeks instead of the normal 6 weeks. It did work well and it's been about a month now with no issues, and my daughter has been able to change her own earrings for new ones that we also bought at this mall. Good experience.
