I went in today for a vintage watch repair. I had not worn it in years and expected that it would be an expensive, lengthy repair process to get it working again. It only needed a battery! They were quick, honest, and very professional. They could have charged me a lot more for repairs that didn’t need to be done. I would absolutely recommend them and they will be my go-to jeweler from now on!
Service was directed only to us from start to finish. They weren't pushy about anything and answered all of our questions. Prices were reasonable and the selection was easy to go through.
I have never bought any kind of jewelry, I came in knowing nothing about rings and Amrit was there to answer all the questions I had and helped me I’m my decision making. I was not pressured to just buy any ring, he helped me stay within my budget and I am very happy with the quality and experience of ring buying. Everything in the store was very beautiful and elegant and when I purchased the ring he offered high quality photos of the ring he did himself.
I should have paid more attention to my purchase. They were having an inventory clearance sale and I didn't check the content of the ring. Turns out it was stainless steel... probably with some gold plating..... in which case, despite the discount, I overpaid. All sales are final so I can't return it. That's on me. Looks like I paid for a life lesson. Otherwise, the staff member was super nice and helpful ud83dudc4d.nn**Update**nI went back to the store and the staff were wonderful! I was able to place an order for the ring I wanted and able to apply the previous credit to the balance. They even waived the shipping! Again, the staff were super nice and helpful. Thank you!!
