Visited yesterday and was immediately helped. Very nice staff. Found some great items for family photos (sale was nice too)
The ladies here were super friendly. Great customer service, they asked me if I needed help a few times and complemented me in the things I tried on. Very sweet ladies. I highly recommend going here!!
I waited at least 15 minutes for a fitting room and when I finally got in, the curtain of my fitting room was opened twice while I was undressed, once by the manager. She asked if someone was in there but didn't even wait for me to respond before opening the curtain. It was so violating. Then when I went to the register the girl did not acknowledge me or ask if I was ready to pay. She just continued folding clothes like I wasn't even there. Terrible customer service here.
Just got back from visiting Francesca's at lakeline mall, and I must say I was very impressed with all their womens stuff including small gifts and clothing. We were shopping for a wedding recently, so we looked at dresses and matching jewelry, overall a nice neat place to shop at.
I love Francesca's! The girls that work are so helpful and I love the jewelry selection here..I've bought all my wedding jewelry and I found my bridal shower dress here too! 10/10 ud83dudc25
