The quality of repair was exceptional. Unfortunately, Fast Fix did not keep there committed date of repair and did not bother notifying us of the schedule slip. We made a special trip to Lakeline Mall and that was when we were informed. Very unprofessional! We are the customer and should have been notified. Fast Fix isn't doing us a favor hoping we wouldn't notice. Treat your customer as if they are keeping your business open.
Fast Fix is the best place to have work done on your jewelry. The are knowledgeable,, friendly, professional and very reasonable. The work is done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them
I have gone there for several years. Always friendly, seem very fair in work I had done, not long to wait. Shop & go back & get it. I love how my rings look after they clean & polish them, very nice.
This is an awesome place! I walked in to get my earrings cleaned and turns out it was completely free! Not to mention my earrings look brand new and super beautiful! The lady who cleaned them for me did such an amazing job and I’m really thankful to find this place because I didn’t have to pay for my cleaning! Five stars indeed!
I took my daughter's favorite silver ring in for repair - it was bent and the weld was broken. I got it back the next day looking better than it did new. My daughter is going to be so happy! The service was fast, professional and convenient. I will take all my jewelry here from now on.
