Clarence arrived out today for my first visit. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I am immensely blown away by the thorough inspection he did on my property. It is clear Clarence enjoys his task and takes a lot of pride in offering the highest standard of service. They said between 8 and 10am they were. They called me to let me know they are in their way. Showed where the bee hive were, he took care of all them. Also went over the spray care cause we have two little ones an one hive was by the playset we have. Told us they may have to come again due to how huge the hive was. informative! Thank you! This was the 30 day follow-up visit I was delighted with the quality of task provided by Charles. He was cheerful, courteous hearted and had a constructive attitude! He put on booties when he came into the house after he completed the work on the outside. Before leaving Charles asked if there was anything I needed. I thought that was very considered of him. A little weary at first of a cold call knock on the door, but there was no reason! After signing up, before I could even blink, their professional van was in front of my house. Seriously, less than an hour later! The person who signed me up was supportive and professional, as was the repairman that arrived to my house. They were clean, quick, and The chemicals they used weren't overpowering either. They take pets and children into consideration as well. So far the results are great.
