Noice place
The food was really good, however, I felt the portion was rather small. I ordered a full sized pasta, and there were only 73 penne noodles. Typically I feel that 108 is a standard "full" sized serving. I have been to restaurants that give you up to 142 noodles if the chef is feeling good that day. I was not expecting a bread twist but I guess it was included with the pasta, so that was cool. And tasty. The service was nice, the restaurant was clean, I would go back for sure, maybe next time I'll get a few more noodles.
Pizza Factory Express wins the covid stupid rules contest hands down. You are not allowed to get a drink with your meal without a mask. Not only are you forbidden from using the drink machine, employees are not allowed to get the drink for you. Thank goodness I've not experience this absurdity at any other restaurant in the county. I'm not sure the "thinking" behind this policy unless it is to irritate and alienate paying customers - in which case they've succeeded. We won't be back.
We normally really like pizza factory and go everytime we are in town but the quality continues to decline. The BBQ sauce was applied very minimally and free of flavor. And the bread twists were extremely overdone and dry. When I called the store they said it was their new recipe. If thats the case they better find their old recipe. It was a disappointing visit tonight for sure.
Worked quickly to get our order accurate and out. They were super busy and still provided good, fast, and polite service!
