I forgot her name but this is the only teapioca lounge that answers their phone! The girl who answered was extremely helpful and even looked up how many carbs were in a drink I had gotten! Thanks so much. If anyone knows who was working 3/11/21 around 7 pm, she's the best!
Quick service. I ordered coffee and forgot to ask for no sugar. It tasted too sweet. I went back and asked for solution to make it less sweet if I could pay extra to make it right. The servers were cool to exchange for one without sugar. Thank you very much for the great service.
Ordering boba tea can be overwhelming at first when you look at this HUGE menu while the cashier stares at you, but the staff at this location have always been patient and super helpful. They’ll tell you about options for teas, ingredients, and their rewards plan if you need to know more. They are always knowledgeable and friendly.
Consistent favorite of mine when it comes to smoothies! I've tried a couple flavors, and so far they are all very good. My favorite flavor is Mango; so delicious!nnI'm addicted to the Mango smoothie, but I will try to venture out and taste more flavors soon. I'm sure I won't be disappointed!
really nice people work here. its very clean and they are taking good precaution. the tea IS AMAZING! very comparable to authentic tea places in China etc. you can customize it to be low sugar. Quick service. A new favorite place for a treat :)
