Great Customer Service! By JOHNnHe resolved the issue of my phone that metro customer service could not do couple of times.nnStore is neat and clean and equiped with excellent selectionn of cellphone accessories.nnVery helpful in helping me set up my phone and answer all my questions that usually 611 don't care about.nnVery reasonable price compare to other nearby stores.nnI would suggest and recommend to visit this store and get your needful from metroPCS store at waller and JOHN

Bad customer service. Went in to pay my bill because the app on my phone would not take the cents portion of my bill. The app does not have the dot to separate the dollar amount from the cents amount so it wants you to input the amount as 5047 but when i do that it gives an error stating that is greater than what is owed.nI asked the rep at the store first do you charge a fee to pay in person. He said yes. Ok so I'm not paying in person. So then i asked him why the app gives an error when i put in the amount of the bill i am paying. It does not allow for the dot. First thing out of his mouth is i need a new phone. He don't even know what kind of phone i have before already trying to scam me out of my money. I clearly told him that he is not upselling on a new phone. He asked to see my phone. I went to my vehicle to get my phone to show him the error and how in the number pad it does not have the dot/period to separate dollars and cents. Instead of him looking at my screen he wanted to touch my phone and holld it in his hand. I wouldn't let him. So i am still asking him how can it be the phone causing the issue and not the app. He refused to answer and then decide he won't help me at all because he can't hold my phone.nVery rude and I felt discriminated against.

Shah is one of the best customer sales representatives i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. he will work with you on any issue you have. he is very professional. and gave me exactly what i wanted. the store was very clean and well maintained. i definitely recommend this store to anyone who has metro pcs or would like to switch, the service is wonder and the plans are cheap and phones are good phones. 5 stars for sure!!!!!
